infinite load screen on ep 5 first quest

Hi, i seem to have been getting an issue where i get an infinite load screen when i start the first quest in ep 5 after talking with xiao (the quest is called a strategy to rescue persona).
i have tried it in two different computers and both seem to have this issue.
i have tried:
-to recheck files both with the tweaker and the in game launcher.
-a total re installation.
-running with no english patch.
-most of tweaker options.
any other quest seem to works just fine.
one pc has a 1080ti and a i7 7700k and the other one has a 1080 and i7 6700k.
i know its much to ask but could anyone verify that this quest work on a new character? (it doesnt take long to unlock ep5 i think,maybe its a game bug?). any other suggestions are also welcome!

I have the same issue and tried many ways to resolve this problem but got nothing. Even I give my account to my friend, he got the same issue too. (though his account loading normal in the ep5's first quest). :<
