Rebarantsion is pretty good when it comes to dealing damage while on the go (for example when Deus pimple pops up and you walk up the arms). I also found it useful during Magatsu campaign, allowing me to angle myself mid-air to Safoie Typ-0 / HH into a Maggy weakspot without having to climb it up again. Obviously it could be much better, I think the Attack speed and movement speed could see some tweaks, but on Te I generaly found it useful. ReZandia however I wish wouldn't have such long animation at the end of the cast other wise it would be superb.
But yeah even on my Fo/Te I struggle finding use for ReFolmegia

Rei formelgia has super armor (probably the only super armor thing on Force?) and ends with a huge leap back at the end.
I think I saw a video with force using it as quick dodge by formeling into opposite direction. A bit tricky to do.

The problem is the pp cost. It's 50 pp just to start.
