As always, depends on needs. Law has extra buffs, chaos has defense debuff, law helps reverse rush if I’m not mistaken. I would go with law since my wind catalogue is filled with good 5*s and i need extra dps for law teams. For me she is a rachel upgrade.

Pulled her after using 15k stars. Probably won't be able to limit break her (unless there is a supplement feature) but im going with Chaos on her.

So based on last twitter posts, we have new characters after gene banner and 100 free pulls.
I don’t know what to say, why would you mention that when the banner everyone was waiting for is on rotation? These are really bad moves from whoever writes stuff for idola twitter.
As for gears, you could try saturday item quest, it should drop some gears.
