Sooo I entered the last raid and, for some reason, Persona just stood there for 5 minutes. Doing NOTHING. By the time he did anything the battle basically became one long cutscene followed by both DPS Checks. Does anyone have an idea what was up with that?

I've had that happen before with PD and Loser in boosted Profound Invasion. Both times happened when a certain player in the quest had connection problems and the moment they finally got disconnected, the boss tried to catch up to where it should be.

If you don't care about Lightstream 15*, Lightstream units, Austere NT 15* or Astral Soul and Mana reverie Fodder there is no real incentive to run the Quest. There is definitely gonna be a rematch / Trigger version of the fight in a few weeks giving some actual incentives like Coat Edge Camo, Coat Barrel Camo and Coat WhateverTheTalisIsCalled.

the best gear (weapon wise) in game got released with this raid. if youre in need of GOOD gear you'll run this EQ. people dont necessarily need to break down this raid in terms of drops, if you were reading bumped or catching up with it or watching the streams the past month, you'd definitely would run this
