Has a lot of rooms for improvements, really feels like for levels below 120. Still not a bad Idea.
Tech Arts JA and Tech Advance II are a must for all. Tech Advance JA(pretty sure tech only) is a must for Forces. Rangers may want Concentration and/or Bullet Mastery(Status Ailments Infliction up for Guns). Choose Weapon Mastery II Combo Skill with Weapon Mastery as base. Bonus Damage and a bonus is given to the weapon in II and combine woth Mastery I means higher and stable damage. Aim for a Striking/Shooting/Tech- Mastery II Increases respective Atk and Def by 1200. Don't bother with Stance Critical go for Stance S Up. Final thing is aim for the least ammount of skills to produce Combos. Concentration is possible with 2 skills rather than 4.

Attack Mastery II is nice for hybrids and Busters or as just fillers (S/R/T Atk plus 1200) combined with Pile Mastery II(40% increase in S/R/T Atks) is nice. GP restoring passives are good too.

Recast Save is also nice for those who uses an Active Skills a lot. It shortens when you can cast those again. Pretty nice filler when you are tight for slots.
