Around 170ish titles are behind completing quests with NPCs escorting you. Then you have a couple hundred titles tied to grinding OT weapons to +10. Then you have crafting titles, S-ranking Omnibus and Story quests...

1100 titles isn't hard, it's lengthy. For the record, I do as much crafting as possible, and I have still not hit lvl50 on Extending and Tech Crafting, while having over 1200 titles.

89 titles or so were lost when Matter Boards and Original Story EP1~3 were removed.

Most NPCs are unaviable now. Even if all them were aviable 2nd part of achivments reqire to run 100 quests with one NPC... couple of years must be fine.
OT weapons for achivements mostly unaviable too.
Crafting titles with CD on craft lines... same couple of years.

Yep I can't force myself to clear craft achievements too. with them + same skipped in Omnibus and e.t.c I can have about 1400.

PSO2 will have to become your life if you are a new player going for 1100 titles.
    - Some npc cards aren't available, 100 quest completion with each one.
    - ot grinding and craft titles (better be rich)
    - Every class lv 90 and certain quest completion with each of them.
    - EQ completion times, challenge quest
    - Arks festival titles

Not impossible but as I said good luck.

Well, you can do three NPC's at the same time, you can get some OT weapons from PSO2es.

    "WHERE ARE MY CELESTIAL UNITS

It triggers me that they knowingly avoided giving any real answer anyone would care about, like a rate adjustment, or a stone-purchasing alternative... SOMETHING!

It didn’t work on parts that show up after something was broken. (Ex: double tongue, dragon, loser recharging his shoulders, loser’s open clock, every part of persona after initial break, etc)

True. But there are approximately 35 NPCs available at all times. That's 105 titles from them.

Lvl1 Subdue Za Oodan: 3mins per clear. I am very generous with this time frame since someone here will definitely claim that anything over 1min clear for this is unacceptable. 20 runs per hour -> 3 NPCs maxed per 5 hours. You can get all permanently available NPCs maxxed this way in a week's time. Disclaimer: I am in no way suggesting that people should do this. I am merely stating that it does not take years, or even months, assuming that the player in question does nothing else in his online time. Don't become obsessed with something that can come in time.

Unfortunately I do not have a master list available, but I am fairly certain that as Tymek says, PSO2es can provide some OT weapons that are not available in the main game. The market exists as well. You can definitely get at least 200 titles with what's available currently.

Any player who has achieved such a tremendously grindy milestone is not new, they're a veteran. Heck, I don't think that you can call someone who has spent over 50 hours in a game "new". If someone started today and said "I want that 3rd Chronos stone", my reply to them would be "By the time you reach that point, Atlas Ex will be obsolete. So just enjoy the game at your leisure.".

The 3rd Chronos stone is a reward for those who have engaged themselves in various activities in the game throughout the game; you can be playing for over 5 years but focusing only on one thing, so you can't reach 1100 titles, or you can be playing 1 year doing everything and still not reach it due to not enough time to complete many tasks.

Also, for anyone to take advantage of the 3rd Chronos stone, you need to have a 3rd Lumiere. I can't even begin to imagine the grind (or extreme luck) someone must have undergone to achieve that even with the latest generous LQ. I completed my first Atlas Ex just last week because that was when I got my first Lumiere from upgrading Jutus drops. I have 2 Chronos stones sitting in the bank. I believe there are others who have it even worse with 3 stones, or even 4 stones if they got one from Dark Atrum.

For the record, they did state that they set the requirement at 1100 because it's geared towards people who have been playing for a very long time (since EP1).
