The IP block on China was an attempt to stop RMT, and the one on SEA was at AsiaSoft's request, so unless SoA or Microsoft request there be a block (which neither did during the PSU era), then I doubt they would put one up just becuase there is an NA server.

Asiasoft ( SEA ) sever is already closed. Well was closed about 2 years ago. So I wonder why the IP ban is still there

I wonder if Microsoft will be hosting things like PS Vita (separate blocks for Western version, and a few blocks for crossing to meet with JP servers) ..... maybe to promote their Azure-thingy to JP PSO2 too .... though that seems very very unlikely.
