So basically, 13* NT extension does not exist to provide an upgrade over current equipment for main class weapons, but to allow non-mainclass weapons to be used as an upgrade over Blood (for example Rifle for Te/Ra) by scoring Great Success or using the appropriate Add Class support item. In other words, a way to close the gap between meta and non-meta builds at the expense of a huge amount of materials and meseta.
Did anyone else notice that we now have Emeralds as upgrade over Saphards, Plumias over Goldnias etc. without the option to upgrade existing materials but only acquiring them through deconstruction of 14*s and 15*s?

Basically Bouncer can now make any 12 and 13* weapon as powerful as Atlas Ex while everyone else gets the short end of the stick.
Fi/Bo and Te/Bo rise up

But to make it on par or stronger then 15*, you'll basicly want to put Ripper and Slayer onto it 13* they can have 20% chance to add on
Ripper has 3 type Fire, Ice, Lightning weakness
Slayer too, Native, Water race, and Mech

So the vades scythe and it's rod counterpart are weaker than the 14* lavis and naegasa rod even after fully crafting?
