Of the ones published online; Chapter 99 (7 January 2020) and Chapter 100 (14 January 2020).

Volume 3 (which is the final print Volume) has some extra comics after that point (including a reprint of the promotional Volume 0), but that is counted as bonus material. It may be enough for a few more episodes (looking through them, though, I think some may have been adapted already), but there is definitely not enough material left for a third season of 20+ episodes.

Makes me wonder if they are going to do a similar adaptation of "Mani Mani ARKS" or if we are too close to NGS for them to consider doing so.

Well a lot of episodes were not in the same order as they were in the manga volumes and they did skip over a bunch, so perhaps they could have a 3rd season who knows.
