are those relaunches going to have the finger movement?

This is going to be the one scratch that I actually spend money on, just so I can get an N-Color Change Pass for the N-Heartbreaker [Ba].
I wanna say now I can finally buy Uzume Hair without paying 200m+ on it but considering current scratch prices it'll probably be 400-500m or some shit.
