This is really not all that different from the rafoie trick mentioned before.

An exploit is where you take advantage of a bug in a game (Telepipe trick, TP trick, Rafoie trick, etc.).
A cheat is where you purposefully alter or change something in the game to your advantage (giving infinite HP/TP, creating items, etc.).
I think this would get very old for leveling, and probably not be very profitable. Also, you can't get the loot, right? Otherwise it'd be a telepipe trick for bosses, kinda. There'd be a lot more legit Parasitic Gene Flows and other boss drops running around.

No way. There's nothing wrong with this. It's on the same level as the telepipe exploit.
