Download Content and Time Table

First, please don't reply to this post and say "I think they will give us the download content after we start having to pay." Everyone THINKS that.

Now that this is out of the way... Does anyone know if we should expect the same kind of time table that JP XBOX received? They are just now receiving download content, so if this is the case we have a long time waiting.
