My RAcaseal with 60 luck doesn't find any more rares than my FOnewearl with 10 luck. Luck only affects critical hits.

Hmm..ok. I was wondering this myself last night, while playing through Vhard Ruins III and having found no Rares yet..which I usually find at least 1 in Ruins I. Blah.
There needs to be a sticky topic saying what Luck does, since so many newbies ask this question...
