with download they mean to download and play online. fire swirl is still the only downloadable offline quest.

eu-servers. when they have time, i guess.
they are also really lazy with the european cube-servers but at least you can switch to the others there ...

Content for PSOX, that is laughable, not going to happen soon, maybe in the upcoming months, make that 3-5 months. This game is getting silly by the day, and without any online content, PSOX is suffering. With this rate it will never be able to catch up with the Cube version period. And yet people are still playing and paying for this game. Amen to that!!
