    is there any way to keep any of the things found in c-mode. Items, weps, etc.?

    Answer is no and why would you want to keep the stuff anyways? Unless you are really a low character it is not really worth keeping, but I would love to have a pallish earlier than C9! It would totally rock and my HUcast would kill.

    One of the old online glitches (this happened to AhKing, I believe) made it so your character from C-mode saved with the level and gear that you'd aquired after a Challenge mission. Problem with that is, it overwrites whatever progress you've made in the normal game by yourself. (Really lame to happen to a level 150+ character!)
