I want to take the time to say that PSOW has done a wonderful job with the guides section. You can find anything you want to know. The only question i still have is, where do you get your info? I figure you get it from other players, but like on the rare weps guide. You say there is the existence of some more s-ranks, such as the j-cutter. Did someone tell you that they found this wep b/c i think they would have sent a pic along with it. Or is there a website where sonic team says when they will release certain items and weps? Thanks.
