This gun is based on time. When you press start you should notice the time in the bottom right, after that should be an @ and some XXX #, the effect can only be used during an even 100 ex: 200,400,600,800,000 the effect is really good and cool, see for yourself

I've had the pleasure of seeing one or these in action it seems to cast megid or that funky rays from the heavens magic that dark falz does its pretty cool
