well ...
you can get one at the nintendo store (somewhere on www.Nintendo.com)
after you have your BBA (broadband adapter) select website.
that'll lead you to Setup
where you register for a HL (Hunter's Liscense) and give em your ISP? (not sure, I don't use BB)
it takes about half an hour to finish registering for all the crap (before you can start playing online)
No ISP Info, other than configuring stuff like proxies, if needed.
