Why does my computer write, "unable to query db"? and wtf does it mean?
you need to flush your internet cache.

Internet Options
Temporary Internet Files:- Delete Files
Check the box marked "Delete All Offline Content"
Click OK
May take a little while to flush it but after that you should be back up and running.
