Is it possible to connect to PSO with a wireless connection? Cause I have a Wireless USB Network Adaptor upstairs and I get my connection from downstairs. So how is it possible to get online with the gamecube?

Yes, you can conect your gamecube to your downstairs P.C using a crossover cable and a network card ( cheap option, p.c needs to be on in order to use gamecube) or you can get a wireless link/bridge with an ethernet socket on that plugs into your gamecbne.

you can ge them from various retailers, try looking for Wireless ethernet bridge wireless ethernet link, although you may need to shop around a bit to find one at a reasonable price.
