God... I have been searching for this stupid thing for a week (I am sure some of you have seen me in the lobby more then a few times asking if anyone had one) and I'm starting to think it was banned or something. Does anyone have one? I know it sucks and all, but it's the only rare that I can use that I don't have.

i gots one and i use it so its not for trade. It a cool weapon with the freezing ability. but i guess its really rare i don't know it was a gift from someone.
