Strange permanent bug!

Umm today as i was playing GC PSO a strange bug occured to me which just can not leave me.As i was selecting my first slot character all menus in the game did not had any wait time at all,all become instant (in the bank,in shops,when talking with other people)but my other 3 characters are not affected at all.What you guys think about this?I am not lying to you O.K .I haave no intention of arguing with you at all.I just need help

Its possible that if you changed the messege speed to fast it would cause that to occurr. Doesn't sound like a problem with the game, but thats just me.

indeed, i always change the msg speed to very fast..
this seems to affect the char at the selection screen too..
