This news really doesn't bother me very much... I live in California's Central Valley, where we have to have absurdly strict air pollution regulations because the Bay Area doesn't have them. And how air here is STILL rather fresh compared to the air in LA, as was commented on by my buddy from LA when he came up here. His claim was that his lungs were getting this fresh air, and didn't know what to do with it.
