In the unsealed door quest where you can turn you're items into weapons and such they guy you talk to keeps looking for eleanor. what quest do you send her to him to complete repairs so he will identify your items? I tried doing a search for this b/c I thought I had read it on here somewhere but had no luck.

Elenor should be in one of the quests listed there. Sorry that I don't know the exact one. I'm sure someone else does though.
You need to complete every quest on that level, and you can have him turn body parts into weapons.

make sure you have played through all the quests first then go back to unseald door the force/doctor/dude is just to the right of the teleport to the principles office dealy
I am fairly sure you don't need to beat all quests. And even if you did it might not work.
Sometimes it is necessary to go to the Fake in Yellow quest and talk to Elenor outside the Principal's office to make her disappear. You should then be able to convert the parts.
To convert enemy parts to weapons:
Complete the first three quests.
Complete Secret Delivery.
Complete Doc's Secret Plan.
You should then be able to convert enemy parts in Dr. Osto's Research, or if open, Unsealed Door.
