S-Rank Weapons

I keep reading various things about what these do so my question is...what exactly do they do?

I know they have high ATP and ATA or MST etc. bonuses but there were things like restoring your HP and TP or casting Jellen and Zalure, Can someone please clear this up for me?

1. What special effects (If any) do S-Ranks have?

2. What special attack (If they have one) do S-Ranks have?

1. Using (having it equiped) a S-rank slowly re-fills HP/TP.

2. All S-ranks have "Random Effect" specials, no elements like Fire/Ice/Lightning, but randomly causes "S-rank" Shifta/Deband, Jellen/Zalure, Resta/Death, Paralyze, Freeze, and Confuse to anything it hits (as long as its not friendly).

You should try playing the regular levels in battle mode to see the insane shifta/deband & jellen/zalure effects.

I have but Battle mode sucks, its like playing a offline quest, no rares so the S-rank S/D and Z/J aren't that big of a help, unless you don't care about rares.

Errr... rares appear in battle mode. Early v2 there was a rumour that the odds of find rares were higher in BAttle mode, but is the same
