Years latter Raziel roamed the earth to try and figure out what went wrong with the future and try to stop it with out the future killing him in the process. He found Kain motherjust before the knights came to send her off. She told Raziel about kain. Years latter Kain mother was killed by falling into a trap.
Raziel went off to get upgrades for himself to help prepare for the ultimate and final batle with Kain.
