What's more important to a Battle Tech FOmar? HP or power?

Leveling up a FOmar, on Lv30 (Used to be on 91 until fsod) this time I have him with 4 GOD/HP for bosses and 3 GOD/Power and 1 GOD/Battle otherwise. Sometimes I switch over mags and become a caster in which case I go bare-handed with 4 GOD/Mind's (All items piped with my other memory card) I have an Ila 20/0/40/140 (tried to make a rare mag at 120 but didn't work) and a Diwari 5/95/100/0 Any veteran help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah! I also have all three Gi merges and switch them constantly when casting, anyone have an idea how I can switch them faster?

Well...I went battle tech until I hit about 145. Then I starting switching over to being a melee. I still use heavy techs. But I now throw melee into there as well...I just have a little trouble hitting some stuff...but I go light hard if the enemy is frozen.
