I am curious as to where everyone hangs out. Which ship/block/lobby. I want to be able to talk to someone who will understand me.(english preferabbly) Thanks in advance

That's where I hang out and from what I have read it's the "official" PSOW server.

If you talking about the JP version then leo3 is where the english players are at but I mostly hang out in Aeris 8-1.
