Provided people are even making guides for it (which I'm going to assume some people have), currently those who can add them are not really around as often as they used to... supposedly this will be changing eventually, so you may yet see a guide or two pertaining to BB or EPIV related stuff in the near future. That is still, of course, if people are willing to make guides for it.
People are and have been willing to make guides for Blue Burst. It's just that our admin has been MIA for awhile, thus the guides not getting posted.
At least not yet! They should be coming up soon.
