GC: problem creating/joining a team

when i create or join a team i go to pioneer 1 then it says my connection has been disconnected and i have to turn it off. WHY???

Pioneer 1? That might be the source of your problems. You are trying to time-travel! I don't think time-travel is permitted on GC PSO.

Anyways, here is a list of things to look at:
1. Is your disc clean? A scratched, dirty disc could cause that problem.

2. Is your GC dirty/dusty? Dirt could cause reading errors.

3. Are you using an Action Replay? Weird things can happen when you are using AR codes.

4. Are you using a router? Do you have the appropriate ports for PSO open?
