i just would like someone...anyone to help me understand a bit of the "whole picture"

i hear that "PSO" is set between PSII and PSIV, but i don't know 100%

Can someone just help me to understand some of the simple past of PS...

this site has been helping but i find it all too confusing:S

so can some one just explain stuff like

-AUW(dates for the PS)
-Newmans..all i know(i think) is Rika, nei, and alis are the 1st newmans a genetic mix between humans and monsters...but eh, i'm not sure
