SEGA link registration problem

Yea ok, so I decided to get around to making an account.
Filled everything in accuratly as required, hit the button- and I recieve this message:

Which I'm not sure is healthy or not, because I've been unable to grab someone to translate it quickly for me today.
And upon clicking OK, I'm taken back to the Stage 1 page of the Registration- along with no red comments or of the likes, and all fields still filled out.

Normally this'd be something that I'd figure out like that, but it's being cruel and I just can't figure out what's up.

Soso!, any assistance would be appreciated.

Mm, Probably should've mentioned I'd set segalink.jp to allowed. Though I'd forgotten about pop-ups before you mentioned it. Didn't make the difference u.u

This is going to turn out to be one of those frustrating small things that escapes me.. I can feel it =.=
