know of an excavation or has done one themselves on a Heaven Punisher for Bluefull? Key note I'd mainly like to know is the number of Torrs/runs it took to finally get one.
I know whiteninja got a Pwand after around 36 mils? Same odds, but easier to make one of them show up...

The drop rate is 1/205. None of the excavation reports that are currently up found the HP.

Yes, I've checked the excavations. The largest number of laps in a FoS run was 25 laps, only hosting one hildetorr didn't show much luck.
Yea, no Blue Burst. I would probably hunt it that way if I had it. It seems they've made that drop extremely easy in my opinion.
I'm just maybe hoping someone who didn't make an excavation, or recorded finding of it will show their face here in this post so I can kind of get an idea.

It still isn't an 'easy' drop on BB- if Kondrieu doesn't appear (being a rare boss), there's no chance of a HP drop. Even when it does appear, it's 1/64 (I think, haven't checked droprate?).
