What Does The Sound Mean?

When you get an item checked out by a teckker somtimes it makes a sound after you claim the weapon. What does it mean?

I think it means he gave you a good appraisal.

I know what he means. Sometimes after you accept the identification you get another sound. It seems to only happen on unknown weapons that aren't rare, and usually when you get really good specials, like Arrest or Hell. I've rarely seen it on anything lower.
