kamica was using my psu char -_-. did the account owner let you play?

i was trying to go for a pure magic char so i got the foie to level 5.

I imagine technics are probably still handled the same way as in PSO as far as learning them: the disk system. Can anyone confirm this? I've seen that Photon Arts are learned by using disks, and since technics are PAs... well, two and two together, as it were. Incidentally, has anyone seen techs for sale in the shops? I'm curious what types outside of the base techs are currently available.

i started off w/ foie set to the default staff. as i used it, it leveled up. there is a shop they sells techs but i havent actually been there.

sorry i dont know more, but i didnt get to play much.
