No you get the Jack 'o Lantern and Christmas presents online which have the cells in them. These items, however, can be opened offline. So it's like you get the cell offline. As for the Ill Gills... yeah I would like to know that myself.

Ill Gils are online only unless you've got PSO+, The Jack-o's and christmas presents are found online in the temple during the holidays....open them offline and if you don't like what came out soft reset and you'll still have the item.

Another online/plus only weapon would be the J-sword

Techniqually you can find the J-Sword offline, there is one Gi Gue in CCA area, but good luck.

Ah i forgot about control area LOL, it's kinda pointless to hunt that one though it's already an insane drop. How's Lili and Corrosion doing?

Yeah J-Sword can be found offline, but the mag cells if they come out of those lantern things and this lanterns can be only found online then logically mag cells can be found ONLY online (within the presents and the lanterns of course).
