At around your level look for a Custom Frame Ver.00 and the Custom Barrier Ver.00 or a Stink Frame.
Spirit Garment also works if you want to regain TP without items.

I can get the spirit garmet but I'm a pinkal and can't get the other two...
spirit garment definately worth it maybe secret gear, if forces can use it, u could chang the pg into a brighness circle if you get a star atomizer

but to make an aura feild makes it worse and who starts an oran, i mean i want to but i dont have the time, is it worth stating for an aura feild

Assuming you get an Aura Field near it's max def (283?), yes, I'd say it's worth it.
my brother started with an oran. oran is a pretty decent id.
Have you actually watched the tp recovery of spirit garmet? It sucks, really.
Attribute wall/secret gear are good shields for that level, could consider tripolic shield once you get higher leveled.
