PSU not Dial-Up compatible? Im gonna cry =(

is halo 2 playbel on sattilite? because i can play that on dial up pretty good (sometimes) or is it really 700 ping always like people say?

instead of making a new thread id like to use this one again.... But anyway has anyone hooked the ps2 up threw there pc and tryed the premire disk on dial up that way? maybe someone could capture a video of how bad it runs.
