The server of PSU in xbox 360 are not linked with the other consoles servers because this game never was released in japan.

We don't quite understand what you mean by that? We all know that PSU will be released on 8/31/06 in Japan for PS2 & PC, but there has been no official anouncement yet on Xbox 360 version release plan in Japan.
Is there something else you are trying to tell us? are you from Japan?

360 sells very bad in japan so i doubt there will be a 360 version in japan
wait a min here, i never remember PSU 360 version release anouncement came from SoJ before, only from SoA & SoE. Could anyone verify this?
I think someone mentioned long time ago about world wide release for 360 verison only, it could very well be possible considering from 8/31 to 10/26 is less than 2 months away.
