Rawr, PW#4 Level up. At LEVEL 199 Risktaker? Not rly.
Gi Gues didn't deserve my Lv200 level up, for being so damn stingy with the SJS, so they only get the priviledge of Lv199.

I'm getting 200 from an Ill Gill, probably my favourite enemy in PSO. Plus, there's a chance it'll kill me, so it's more fun.

The Normal Booma method's been done by a lot of people- I seem to remember PhotonDrop getting 200 from an Ill Gill, but I may be mistaken.
