Job/Class hybrid and choice Question

Alright, I've played PSU JP offline and the 360 beta and am waiting to pick up the PC version later on today at Gamestop.

I have a question though, when can you make the decision to change your class or more specifically, make a hybrid class like the guntekker, etc. I know theres a counter in the guardians' building where I could look at my job/class and see its status but I don't recall seeing an option for changing it. Do you have to be level 20 first to access this option or can you do it anytime? Also, when you do change class, is it the same counter I mentioned in the guardians building?

has it already been done in JP version? And if so how was it accessed?

In the 360 beta going to the fifth floor of the station and talking to the lady at the counter furthest from the entrance would let you change your job for a fee based on your character's level. I'm guessing that once the expert classes are unlocked they'll show up on that same list (either greyed out until you meet requirements or only appearing once you meet the requirements).

You can change class as much as you want, provided you have the cash.

Yea, we have to wait about 43 days after release
