Wow, thanks for posting this! That classic old lady look you did, the Poo-ish bear, and the hint of a peanut brain in the birds - very expressive!
Since it's a sketch kind of thing and you're wecloming feedback:
I hope you detail more of the sun's glow on the bear's fur, the tree's leaves, the bench and things.
Some angels on the bench where the lady isn't sitting feel like it they don't match the perspective point.
Without the tree sketches behind the wall I thought it was the side of a building or memorial, which made me look at the characters more. Seeing the wall continue past the tree behind the bear gave it a great park kind of feeling though.
Also, a good amount of deep darks in the rock wall, around and under the bench could be neat.
The bear's fake beak might be off to his right too much. Right under his bridge the snout looks to go out more than where the beak is covering. Hard to place, even with his chin sticking out.
For some reason that bear's face reminds me of Hobbes from Calvin and Hobbes so I'm really attached to his expression!
It looks like the bag the bear is holding is flat because the bottom looks folded up instead of being angled on its side. Hard to see his hand sticking in the bag.
I hope you post the acrylic painting when you're done, I love it!
