Maybe the finder wants to remain somewhat anonymous so people won't constantly bug him/her to see the weapon.

You mean barubary? Have you looked at the pictures? It's a FOneweal looking character that has God/Equip.
There were alot of people who submitted pics before. I'm not sure if any were of Barubary, I never really paid attention to that section of the site, but even if it is Baru, does it matter?
I know there were quite afew people who submitted pics though, and just because their username is blurred doesn't mean anything other than they just want to be anonymous. Thats their right, yeah? =)
