Where can I get mag cells, ex. Heart of Devil or Parts of Chao?

You can only get them from the holiday events. Like for Xmass there were St. Rappys that would drop an Xmass gift and that would turn into a random mag cell. Your next change to get one should be around easter time.

What kind of RAPPY will it be for Easter? I know for Halloween it's I think a Hallo Rappy and for X-mas it's a St. Rappy.
