I tried to download the Dreamcast PSO quests hosted here from a Dreamcast but the files weren't proper vmi files. They wouldn't download. I went to a different VMU file host and got the quests from there instead but the files hosted here weren't even recognized as vmi files.

I was using the browser included with the Japanese broadband passport. The vmi files were opened as text documents.

In anycase if you actually download them then they won't work, they are tied with the person that made the download, so even if they have the files it will only work on the player that made the upload., meaning they work for 1 person only.

Resuming, you download and the game won't find any downloaded quests in your VMU.
If you want the quests then search for a private server, enter the shipgate and select the dowload quests options.

I actually have those I believe. But like he said, they won't do you any good unless your looking in the files for data. One of the quest vms file has a pvr texture file. It's an e-Access BB poster.

Gah. Well, even if I can't use them, I wasn't able to download from here while I was able to download them from somewhere else. I'll just have to try that private server option then.
