I found your problem. You aren't using Raja.

I know, right? Raja was a serious monster when it came to support. He was honestly the best out of all fourth party members. I don't think I've played a final boss battle without him.

Well, it's just obvious that you should use him. Of your four members, you have a heavy melee, a nuker/melee hybrid, a healer/melee hybrid, and a pure nuker. That's 2 melees, one and a half nukers, and half a healer, using advanced mathematics that nobody can possibly understand. It's obvious that your last member should be a pure healer, and then they have to go and make the only pure healer in the game the best damn healer of any game ever made ever.
Not only did I have a much easier time playing the game when he was in the party, I actively rejoiced when I learned I finally got a pure healer in my party my first time playing. And to this day, I use him to get all the subquests done for levelups, money, and equipment to make the hardest levels in the game (where you can't use him) much easier.
