If I'm correct, you're playing on the DC version (version 2). There are several badges (Bronze, Silver, etc.) that allow you receive items from TTF or Nightmare quests (not sure if I'm correct on the quest's I listed, since I haven't played on v2 for 9 months or so).

Yeah, various Badges can be traded for better Badges from some higher quest I can't recall. On V2, they were eventually traded in for various items. Those aren't in GC or Xbox as far as I know, since the items you can get are gained a different way, and are already available.

Well, 3 Bronze badges can be traded for a Silver Badge. 3 Silver for Gold. All of these can also be found somewhere in the quest that they are redeemed in.

Either 3 or 7 Gold badges (I think its 3) can be traded for a Broom, a Samba Maracas, or a Chameleon Scythe. Check out the Weapons inventory for the skimmy on them. Note tho, you'll probably see the GC & Xbox info on the items. Nevermind that if the low attributes turn you off, they were weakened for the new versions. They're considerably better on V2.
