On an S-Rank Special, what does HP Recovery do? It seems the same as gush, does it give hp while you walk instead? Please help

But that doesn't tell me anything, I already looked there, it just says FOnewearls cant use it or something, just tell me what the special does.

Hmmm true, you're right.
So I had a JP friend of mine test this out.
He did put a TP recovery on his Srank and basically what it does is regen TP all the time (whether you stand still or not, so no need to use the weapons special)
Be warned though that the regen rate is very slow and will always stay at that rate, whatever level you have. (+1 TP every 3 sec)
What might be good in the early stages of the game becomes rather useless once in Ultimate.
Better stick with A upgrades.

By the way, that's wrong. I've tested it and it does work for FOnewearls, although it's hard to notice when standing still because it's so much worse than their natural tp gain.
