I demand some spelling and grammar check.
I'm glad your question was short, because I think my mind would have melted if I tried to read a paragraph like that...
But enough about...
I will not recommend what you should play because the choice is up to how you prefer your playing style.
I can however, give you information on the characters to help you somewhat better understand how they work. This way you can determine what kind of character best suits you.
But even with statistics, the best way to determine your favorite is personal experience.

If you're going to use HUmar properly, be sure to use their Jellen/Zalure. Don't just use HUmar's Resta/Anti... The Jellen/Zalure is very useful in Ultimate.
You should also use Rabarta in specific situations to freeze your enemies when needed.
They have a pretty balanced growth potential
HUnewearl:

A great solo character, HUnewearls lvl.20 techs are great. Be sure to use their lvl.20 Shifta/Deband and Jellen/Zalure. I still wouldn't recommend attack techs as a means of offense, but again, Rabarta is nice for those certain situations. HUnewearls do have somewhat low ATA however, but they compensate with their support techniques and high Evasion
HUcast:
http://www.pso-world.com/sections.ph...cle&artid=1184
Of course, has the highest ATP of any class. The accuracy is substantial enough. As Cast, be sure to use your traps. In ultimate at a high level, traps are the most useful thing for various situations. HUcast also has the 2nd highest HP (in fact, it's not until the upper Lv100's when RAcast starts to pull ahead of HUcast in HP). HUcast also has very high DFP. Even the EVP isn't all that bad...
HUcaseal:

Amazing accuracy for a Hunter, which helps when using low ATA melee weapons.
The attack power is decent, but their incredibly high Accuracy and Evasion make up for their mediocre HP and DFP. HUcaseals have unique Dagger and Twin Saber animations as well (quite nifty). Traps traps traps!
RAmar:
http://www.pso-world.com/sections.ph...cle&artid=1189
Highest ATA of all classes. RAmars also have a very balanced growth potential. Use your Shifta/Deband and Rabarta when needed. Convenient ATA to access higher-grade guns earlier in level.
RAmarl:
http://www.pso-world.com/sections.ph...cle&artid=1190
Probably one of the best solo characters in the game. She has mediocre HP and DFP and even ATP, but she makes up for her MST, highest EVP, 2nd Highest ATA, and Lv20 Support Techs. Use your Shifta/Deband and Jellen/Zalure. Rabarta for certain situations as well.
Seriously though, with Shifta/Deband/Jellen/Zalure 20, you can seriously solo quite easily with this character.
She also has a unique handgun animation, which makes you actually shoot faster than any other character with Handguns.
RAcast:
http://www.pso-world.com/sections.ph...cle&artid=1188
A Ranger with the power of a Hunter. RAcast actually has more ATP than HUcaseal. RAcast has the lowest ATA of the Rangers, but it's still high enough to do perfectly fine. RAcasts have the most HP in the game. RAcast also has the 2nd highest DFP in game. This character is a tank and dishes out some high damage, but you still should use your TRAPS!
RAcaseal:

RAcaseals have the highest DFP in the game. Their stats are decent, but unlike HUcast/RAcast, RAcaseal's ATP is significantly lower. HUcaseals ATP is mediocre, but since she's a hunter, she has access to most High-ATP weapons.
RAcaseal has good ATA however, and is also quite tank-worthy in HP and DFP. RAcaseal has good EVP as well. I find RAcaseals very fun actually. Throws in a little more challenge on the offensive part

Oh, did I mention TRAPS?!
FOmar:
http://www.pso-world.com/sections.ph...cle&artid=1179
Don't let the description fool you, FOmars are great characters.
Here's the catch, don't think of FOmar as just some mediocre tech-spamming Force... FOmar can have up to 1002 ATP. With Lv30 Shifta/Deband/Jellen/Zalure, you're doing as much, if not more damage than Hunters. Human forces have a good amount of access to great melee weapons.
FOmar also has +30% damage with Gifoie, Gizonde, Gibarta, and Grants. (2x Shifta/Deband range as well, if not playing solo)
This character can use both Melee and Techniques to take on any situation, making FOmar very versatile. FOmar lacks in HP, DFP, and ATA (worst ATA). Nothing a little Hit% on your weapons can't fix.
FOmarl:
http://www.pso-world.com/sections.ph...cle&artid=1180
My personal favorite... but this is not a preferred solo character.
FOmarl is all about support. She has 2x Shifta/Deband/Resta/Anti range. She also has a +50% damage bonus to Grants.
FOmarl has the lowest MST among forces however, so she's not the greatest choice for attack-tech spamming. She does however do well with melee. Not as good as FOmar, but that's because FOmar is more of a battle-mage where FOmarl is more of a support-mage. Both melee/tech just fine, but FOmar leans more towards offense where FOmarl leans more towards support. FOmarl is the most tank-worthy Force however, having the most HP and DFP among forces.
Just don't forget, if you're going to melee, use your Shifta/Deband/Jellen/Zalure... In fact, you should do that at all times anyways.
Also, FOmarl has slightly slower attack animations with the vast majority of weapons... However, with a shot-type (like Inferno Bazooka) she is the FASTEST shot-attacker. It's actually almost ridiculously fast...
FOnewm:
http://www.pso-world.com/sections.ph...cle&artid=1182
This is the attack-tech nuker. A 30% damage bonus to Gifoie, Gizonde, Gibarta, Rafoie, Razonde, Rabarta. The ultimate force for taking out large mobs of enemies. FOnewm also has decent HP and DFP for a Force.
This character speaks for itself. Very offensive, but the least supportive force.
FOnewearl:
http://www.pso-world.com/sections.ph...cle&artid=1181
This is a great support force as well as an attack force. FOnewm is still the most offensive force in attack techniques, but FOnewearl can pull off attack-tech nuking just fine. She has a 30% damage bonus with Foie, Zonde, and Barta. Her Megid pierces through targets, allowing you to kill multiple enemies in one shot.
She also has 2x Resta/Anti range.
FOnewearl of course has the lowest HP and DFP, but her EVP is quite high and her MST is unmatched.
Lets not forget that Casts recharge HP when Idle. Newmans recharge TP when Idle, but Cast HP regain is much faster than Newman TP regain. The higher level you are, the faster you regain.
Casts can also see traps at all times, no need for trap vision
Humans might not regain any health or TP, but Humans can use +100 more Power/Def/Evade/Mind/Luck materials than Casts/Newmans.
Humans use a combination of 250 of those materials, where Casts/Newmans can only use 150 of those materials.
(i.e., a HUmar can use 100 Pow materials, 45 Luck materials, 55 Def materials, and 50 Evade materials to = 250 total materials)
All characters can use 125 HP materials however, HP and TP materials are in their own category and don't add with any other material type (TP materials are online)
Also, whoever said HUmar has OK luck... what the hell does that mean?
All characters have 10 Luck. The ONLY way to permanently raise your luck is through Luck Materials. Some equipment may also raise your Luck. 100 is the Max amount of Luck a character can have (thus, you can only use up to 45 Luck materials. Luck material raises luck by +2. Your starting 10 luck + 45 materials... 45x2=90, 90+starting 10 Luck = 100.
Luck helps you chance of Critical hits with Weapons, very important stat.
Not trying Force simply because you can't trade is no excuse. A Force might be difficult to begin with, but their VERY easy to use when they have decent technique levels and equipment. (All characters are easier when they have good gear, but Forces are exceptionally easier to use in comparison when they're good-to-go)
Besides, PSO is very easy offline. Not only do enemies have higher stats when playing Online, but the quests accessible Online are SIGNIFICANTLY more difficult than anything you do Offline.
