Very annoying issue--please help -

I have been playing Blue Burst for about a month now and everytime I play a quest with an item as a reward, for example SoaB, I receive the message telling me I received the item, but when I go to check my inventory, the item is nowhere to be found. I went through SoaB on ultimate and was very upset to find that I had done it for nothing. Other occurrences I can think of are Kireek's Soul Eater, and receiving a scape doll for S-rank on TTF.
Why is this happening? My inventory is not full, so what is the issue here? Please help. |
